“Making It Easy To Go Green!”

     AB Recycle offers weekly curbside pickup of recyclable materials to residential and business clients in Sumner County.  Materials accepted include paper, cardboard, plastic containers, aluminum and steel cans along with glass containers and other items. Our main service is what is known as “single stream” recycling, which means all items (except glass) can go in the same container!

     Launched in the fall of 2008, AB Recycle acquired the business of Recycle Sumner County and now services more than 500 accounts.

     We were clients of Recycle Sumner County and when RSC ceased operating, a mountain of recyclables collected in our garage. We felt a call to take action and AB Recycle was born.  Since we began, we have diverted over One Million pounds of materials from the landfill.

     AB Recycle is here to provide curbside recycling service for less than $4 a week to those who see the benefits of recycling.

     There is a Native American proverb that says, ‘We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.’ We believe that God has called us to be stewards of His creation. Recycling is one way of doing this; it requires far less energy, uses fewer natural resources and keeps waste from piling up in landfills.
